Delivery times
We indicate the exact delivery times for each product in the shopping cart and when ordering, so you know exactly when your order will be with you.
As soon as your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail and will then be with you within 1-4 days within Germany (excluding islands) (please note the public holidays below, on which we do not ship).
You can check the exact delivery times for letters or parcels directly with Deutsche Post/DHL. If we ship your order by parcel, we will send you your DHL tracking number in the shipping confirmation, which you can use to check the shipment status directly online with DHL.
We only deliver to the countries listed below within the EU.
